Your time and compassion can change lives. Join our team and help Brooklyn's cats.
Every hour you give helps us save more cats. No experience necessary — just a love for animals.
Every volunteer hour directly contributes to rescuing, sheltering, and finding homes for stray cats in our community.
Connect with fellow animal lovers and become part of a caring community making a real difference in Sheepshead Bay.
Learn about animal care, TNR techniques, and nonprofit operations. Great for students needing community service hours.
We have a variety of roles to fit your schedule and interests.
Open your home temporarily to cats or kittens who need a safe space to recover, socialize, or grow before adoption. We provide food, supplies, and veterinary care.
Help with our trap-neuter-return efforts. Assist with setting traps, transporting cats to and from veterinary appointments, and monitoring colonies.
Help transport cats to veterinary appointments, adoption events, or foster homes. A car and a love for cats is all you need.
Help maintain feeding stations for managed cat colonies. This includes regular feeding, water changes, and checking on the cats' wellbeing.
Help organize and staff adoption events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities to spread the word about our mission.
Take photos of our cats, create social media content, and help tell the stories that connect our cats with potential adopters.
We are especially in need of help in these areas right now:
We urgently need foster homes for kittens and cats recovering from medical procedures.
Spring is kitten season! We need extra hands to help with our TNR efforts across Brooklyn.
Help us transport cats to vet appointments and adoption events throughout the week.
